- This 20” x 30” window was add in an office door to prevent inter office collisions, and employees getting hit with the opening door.
- This client suffered a break in. The damaged jamb and lock were replaced. A jamb re-enforcement was also installed.
- These business owners wanted to bring in more light to their store, so we installed a clear anodize glass and aluminum door.
- This is a door that suffered years of hard use and was plain worn out. we installed a new door and all moving parts reusing the tracks.
- The owner of this business was going though an ADA shake down by a scam artist. We helped the owner bring these two openings into compliance by correcting the swing and clearance issues.

- This customer needed a complete store front overhaul to include doors, header, and panic hardware. This job also features tinted glass and medium style doors for a more robust opening.

- This customer had a FDA problem that was solved with the addition of a vinyl seal and retainer to make up for a dip in the floor.
- This opening had a steel channel frame with a home made “door” . We installed a hollow metal 18 gage door, with a 24″ x 24″ glass window and a lock set. A huge move forward for the client.
- The original air switch was damaged by fork lifts and pallets. We made a bracket of steel angle and painted the bracket red to make it visible and Protect the switch from glancing blows.
- This door had been hit by a car, on an attempted break in, alarm scarred would be thief off. We replaced the door and installed grade 1 heavy duty locks.
- This was a unique install. the walls had been poured too wide for a standard door and frame. In addition to being too wide the opening was narrower at the bottom. The solution was a custom frame and a stock size door.
- This was a warehouse expansion where the customer cut the opening and we provided and installed an Armor-lite sectional door in a custom color.
- This was a high end residential modification to a commercial product, done in three areas of the house. The doors are heavy style clear anodize frames with commercial grade locks and white laminate glass.
- This door had an out of date drop system that was not allowing the fire door to close at the proper rate. Until recently this would warrant the replacement of the door. Now we have a cheaper safer method of releasing fire doors.
- This client wanted the security of steel and the look of wood. We partnered with “Cabinet Specialties” to laminate a plain steel door for a custom wood finish.
- This client wanted better security and a cleaner look for his building. These are outside mount with through wall hand chains for security.
- This customer had a pair of heavily damaged doors that were no longer secure. We removed poorly welded hinges and drilled and tapped new locations for a proper alignment.
- This business had a problem with security and meeting fire exit code of one point contact for exit. Original drop bars were secure but not safe. We provided a high security system that met all the customers needs.
- This is a plant built in the 1920’s and was an original door and frame, non standard to todays products. We made a custom frame to accommodate a contemporary door.
